By accessing and using SquadRoom ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SquadRoom is a sports companion application that provides real-time match analytics, interactive prediction games, and social features for sports fans. The service includes:

  • Live match statistics and visualizations
  • Interactive prediction and gaming features
  • Social watch party functionality (Squad Room)
  • Post-match analysis and reports

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Update your information to keep it current
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Virtual Currency and Points

SquadRoom uses virtual currency ("Karma Points") for in-app games and predictions. Please note:

  • Karma Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment
  • Points are for entertainment purposes only
  • We reserve the right to modify point values and earning mechanisms
  • Abuse of the points system may result in account suspension

5. Prediction Games Disclaimer

The prediction games offered on SquadRoom are for entertainment purposes only. They are NOT gambling and do not involve real money wagering. No real money or prizes are awarded based on predictions. The games are designed to enhance your sports viewing experience and should be treated as casual entertainment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to SquadRoom (such as chat messages in Squad Room). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The SquadRoom service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SquadRoom and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Content

Our service displays sports data and statistics from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

SquadRoom and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
